Your first payment is processed on the day of purchase, with subsequent payments automatically charged every 30 days.
Boxes typically ship shortly after your order, unless you are preordering for the month ahead, in which case you'll have to wait for the next release on the 1st.
You are welcome to cancel your subscription at any time, except within the final 10 days leading up to your next shipment. We've established this 10-day window to better manage cancellations and ensure a smoother process for our small business.
Shipping your box costs $11.94. Unfortunately, we don't offer free shipping on the boxes. Shipping is done via USPS, and your recurring orders will also include an $11.94 shipping fee. Be sure to read our shipping policy for more details.
Please be aware that all sales are final. You can make changes to your subscription, like canceling, as long as it's done at least 10 days before your next shipment.

How to Cancel:
1. Log into your account and navigate to the "Recurring Orders" section, which lists your recurring orders.
2. Click on "View Details" for the order you want to cancel.
3. At the top of the order, you'll find options to adjust the frequency and date.
4. To cancel the order, simply click on the "Cancel This Order" button. Remember, this must be done at least 10 days before your next shipment.
