At Not 2 Shabby, we curate each box with care to bring you a unique and exciting experience every month. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your subscription. Please review our policy below. 
1. No Returns Policy 
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any of our subscription boxes. All sales are final. This policy helps us maintain the high quality and curated nature of our boxes. 
2. Defective Items 
While we do not accept returns, we understand that sometimes items may arrive defective from the manufacture. If this happens: 
  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your box at [email protected] 
  • Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item(s). 
  • We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you at no additional cost or issue a partial refund or credit, depending on the situation. 
3. Missing Items If your box is missing an item: 
  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your box. 
  • We will verify the issue and either send you the missing item or provide a credit for the value of the item.
4. Refunds and Cancellations Since we do not allow returns, we do not offer refunds for subscription boxes once they have been shipped. However: 
  • If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so before 10 days of your next shipment to avoid being charged for the upcoming box.
